We publish all of our pricing on our web site - on the service description. We also provide pricing within the quote form.
Our "starting at prices" are baseline pricing for non-recurring services. The more frequently we clean for you, the more you save. We offer our loyal customers discounts for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning services.
You have the option to provide your own cleaning supplies for our Cleaners to use. Our base pricing is for client provided cleaning supplies. If you prefer our Cleaners to bring supplies to your home or commercial site, an additional fee will be assessed.
In order to ensure high quality cleaning, we prefer to work in time blocks rather than hourly or within appointment windows. We prefer to let our Cleaners take their time to clean your property thoroughly. For example, we do not block two hours for a condo cleaning - our Cleaners are free to use their discretion to take the necessary time to complete quality work. We schedule our Cleaners with a fixed number of jobs within a working day and jobs are coordinated geographically throughout the City.
When we book appointments with our Clients, we will first book as a morning or afternoon appointment without a fixed time. We will give a 30 minute call ahead to let our Clients know we are on our way to their property.
This also assists with geography and of course, traffic or transit within a large city such as Toronto.
We understand that some Clients may require set appointment times. We will always do our best to work with Clients to schedule accordingly.
Our working hours - 24/7/365
We work with an extensive Client base including residential and commercial. We have dedicated Cleaners working conventional business hours however; we have the flexibility to schedule early mornings, evenings and weekends. In many commercial settings, we clean during overnight hours when businesses are closed. We offer great flexibility - just ask.
IF you aren't happy - we aren't happy.

Your satisfaction is the standard we measure ourselves against, and we’re not done until you feel confident the job was handled the way it should be. If you aren't completely satisfied with our cleaning, we will re-clean at no additional cost. We truly want our Clients to be happy.
